Ingredients:
- Rice boiled 1 kg
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Onions 250 gm
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Plum 100 gm
- Onion seeds 100 gm
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Mix garam masala 1 tsp
- Star ainse seeds 4
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 10
- Biryani essence few drops
- Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Keri 250 gm
Method:
- Heat oil and fry potatoes and onion and take it out.
- Now fry chicken boneless in this oil.
- Then put onion, tomatoes, potatoes, yogurt, plum, onion seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt, red chili powder, coriander, turmeric, garam masala and star ainse seeds and cover it.
- When chicken tender, put boiled rice, coriander leaves, keri, mint leaves, green chilies, yellow food color and biryani essence and simmer it.
- Achari khatti biryani is ready.
