Ingredients:
- Sev 1 packet
- Bhel puri 6
- Boiled potatoes 3
- Onion chopped 1
- Mint leaves chopped 1 bunch
- Green chilies chopped 3
- Tamarind chutney 1 cup
- Lemons 4
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix green chilies and coriander leaves and grind chutney.
- Spread sev in wide dish.
- Then cut bhel puri into small small pieces and mix in it.
- Then mix potatoes, onion, salt, mint leaves, lemon juice and green chilies.
- Then mix green chutney, yogurt and salt, beat it nicely and keep in one bowl.
- When serve, put tamarind chutney on top of sev dish.
- Also keep yogurt and meethi chutney and serve.
