Ingredients:

  • Sev 1 packet
  • Bhel puri 6
  • Boiled potatoes 3
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 bunch
  • Green chilies chopped 3
  • Tamarind chutney 1 cup
  • Lemons 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix green chilies and coriander leaves and grind chutney.
  2. Spread sev in wide dish.
  3. Then cut bhel puri into small small pieces and mix in it.
  4. Then mix potatoes, onion, salt, mint leaves, lemon juice and green chilies.
  5. Then mix green chutney, yogurt and salt, beat it nicely and keep in one bowl.
  6. When serve, put tamarind chutney on top of sev dish.
  7. Also keep yogurt and meethi chutney and serve.
