Rooh Afza Khatta Meetha Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Roof afza 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
- Put all ingredients in frying pan and mix it.
- Now keep on stove, stir it and cook it.
- When thick, take out in in bowl.
- Then serve with samosay, pakoray and roll.
