Ingredients:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Caster sugar 2 oz
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Flour 8 oz
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Strain flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Now beat butter and caster sugar until light, fluffy and creamy.
  3. Then add egg and beat it nicely.
  4. Now put cumin, fold in flour, mix with hand nicely and knead medium dough.
  5. Then cut with round cutter, put on un-greased tray and press with fork.
  6. Then bake for 15 minutes for 15 minutes.
