Saltish Zeera Biscuits by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Butter 4 oz
- Caster sugar 2 oz
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Flour 8 oz
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Egg 1
Method:
- Strain flour, baking powder and salt.
- Now beat butter and caster sugar until light, fluffy and creamy.
- Then add egg and beat it nicely.
- Now put cumin, fold in flour, mix with hand nicely and knead medium dough.
- Then cut with round cutter, put on un-greased tray and press with fork.
- Then bake for 15 minutes for 15 minutes.
