Ingredients:

  • Finely chopped keri 1 kg
  • Vinegar 2 cup
  • Mustard seeds 4 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 4 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 250 gm
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat vinegar.
  2. When it boils, grind fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
  3. Now put grinded masala, red chilies, salt, turmeric and jaggery in vinegar and close stove.
  4. Now put keri first in jar.
  5. Put oil and mix it nicely.
  6. It is ready.
