Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Onions 3
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Curry leaves 10
- Button red chilies 10
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coal 1
- Onion, Tomatoes, Lettuce for serve
Method:
- Mix onion and vinegar, grind it and marinate chicken with it for 2-3 hours.
- Now heat oil and put curry leaves.
- When fragrance comes, add chicken and roast on high flame.
- When water dries, put red chilies in yogurt.
- Also add black pepper, salt, coriander powder, turmeric and ginger garlic, mix yogurt, add in chicken and cover it.
- When oil comes up, put green chilies and give smoke of coal.
- In end, serve it with garam masala powder, onion, tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
