Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Onions 3
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Button red chilies 10
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coal 1
  • Onion, Tomatoes, Lettuce for serve

Method:

  1. Mix onion and vinegar, grind it and marinate chicken with it for 2-3 hours.
  2. Now heat oil and put curry leaves.
  3. When fragrance comes, add chicken and roast on high flame.
  4. When water dries, put red chilies in yogurt.
  5. Also add black pepper, salt, coriander powder, turmeric and ginger garlic, mix yogurt, add in chicken and cover it.
  6. When oil comes up, put green chilies and give smoke of coal.
  7. In end, serve it with garam masala powder, onion, tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
