Ingredients:

For Poori:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1 pinch
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Boiled Bengal gram 1 cup
  • Crushed & roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 5-6
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For poori: Add all ingredients in mixing bowl and knead soft dough.
  2. Now make small small portions of it.
  3. For filling: Put all in ingredients in chopper and grind it.
  4. Now fill it in portions and roll thin like poori.
  5. Then heat oil on high flame in pot and fry pooriyan.
