Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 kg
  • Salt 20 gm
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds 250 gm
  • Corn starch to sprinkle

Method:

  1. Mix flour, salt, water and cumin seeds, knead it and make hard dough.
  2. Now roll in long portions and cut into small balls.
  3. Then brush with oil and corn starch.
  4. Roll each ball like poori.
  5. Now put 6 pooriyan at intervals and fry on medium flame.
