Ingredients:
- Chicken leg piece 6
- Rooh afza 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Water 1 cup
Method:
- Put chicken leg in bowl, marinate with salt, red chili powder and ginger garlic for 1 hour.
- Now tender drumsticks with 1 cup water.
- Then heat oil, take out drumsticks from masalay, fry it and take out in tissue paper.
- Then put rooh afza, vinegar and tamarind pulp in pan and cook it.
- Now add drumsticks in it and cook it.
- When drumsticks is coated with sauce nicely, take out in plate and serve.
