Makhni Samosa by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Samosa wraps 12
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds crushed 2 tsp
- Finely chopped capsicums 2
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil as required
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put 1 cup water, salt, ginger and garlic in chicken and boil it.
- When tender, close stove.
- Now cool it, put black pepper, cumin, capsicum, cream, butter and green chilies.
- Then mix it and fill in samosa wraps.
- Now spread beaten egg, heat oil and fry samosay.
