Garlic Bread Rolls by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Dry yeast 2 tsp
  • Lukewarm water 1/2 cup
  • Oil/Butter 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Butter (brush on top) 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put flour, yeast, salt, sugar, garlic, butter/oil, parsley and onion in bowl and knead with lukewarm water.
  2. Then cover with plastic and keep it aside for 45 minutes.
  3. Now knead dough again after 1 hour and make small small balls of dough.
  4. Then grease baking tray with oil, bake all balls on 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes, sprinkle butter and serve hot.
