Baked Cheese Macaroni by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Boiled macaroni 4 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1/4 cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated 200 gm
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Melt butter in pan on low flame and fry onion and flour for few seconds.
  3. Then add milk, stir it until thick, add salt, black pepper and nutmeg and mix it nicely.
  4. Now add macaroni, toast it and put mixture in oven.
  5. Then melt cheese, sprinkle parsley, bake on 200 degrees C until golden brown and serve it.
