Baked Cheese Macaroni by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Boiled macaroni 4 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1/4 cup
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese grated 200 gm
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Melt butter in pan on low flame and fry onion and flour for few seconds.
- Then add milk, stir it until thick, add salt, black pepper and nutmeg and mix it nicely.
- Now add macaroni, toast it and put mixture in oven.
- Then melt cheese, sprinkle parsley, bake on 200 degrees C until golden brown and serve it.
