Ingredients:
For Chicken Fillets Marination:
- Chicken breast 1/2 kg
- Paprika 1/2 tbsp
- Oregano 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
For Chicken Stuffing:
- Grated cheese 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped carrots 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped mushrooms 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red chili chopped 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1-1/2 cup
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Butter 200 gm
For Coating:
- Eggs beaten 2
- Salt 1 pinch
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Bread crumbs as required
Method:
- Marinate chicken with paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and ginger garlic paste for 1 hour.
- Melt butter in pan, add flour and stir it.
- Then add milk while stirring.
- When mixture is thick, add cheese, black pepper, red chili, carrots, capsicum and mushrooms and keep it aside.
- Now spread chicken on plastic sheet, put some mixture, fold chicken fillet and keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Then dip chicken balls in beaten eggs, dip in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
- Bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes, cut from center and serve hot.
