Ingredients:

For Chicken Fillets Marination:

  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Paprika 1/2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

For Chicken Stuffing:

  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped carrots 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili chopped 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Butter 200 gm

For Coating:

  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and ginger garlic paste for 1 hour.
  2. Melt butter in pan, add flour and stir it.
  3. Then add milk while stirring.
  4. When mixture is thick, add cheese, black pepper, red chili, carrots, capsicum and mushrooms and keep it aside.
  5. Now spread chicken on plastic sheet, put some mixture, fold chicken fillet and keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  6. Then dip chicken balls in beaten eggs, dip in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
  7. Bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes, cut from center and serve hot.
