Macaroni & Cheese Balls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boiled macaroni 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cu[
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs to coat
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Flour 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat butter in pan, add 2 tbsp flour and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Then add milk, garlic, 2 tbsp flour, chicken powder, salt, black pepper, mustard, soya sauce and black pepper, mix cheese nicely and make balls.
  3. Now coat with 1/2 cup and egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Deep fry it and serve.
