Japanese Beef & Rice Mould by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless undercut 300 gm
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Meat tenderizer 1/2 tsp
- Dark soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Boiled rice 2 cups
Method:
- Marinate undercut with brown sugar, soya sauce, meat tenderizer, oil and vinegar for 30 minutes.
- The heat oil in pan, add sesame seeds, garlic and green chilies, add marinated undercut and cook on high flame till water dries.
- For rice: Put rice with salt, black pepper, garlic and vinegar in pan, saute it and serve it.
