Chaat Masala by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds 1 cup
- Cumin seeds 1-1/2 cup
- Carom seeds 1/2 cup
- Mango powder 1/2 cup
- All spice powder 2-1/2 tsp
- Black salt 1-1/4 cup
- Black pepper powder 4 tbsp
- Critic acid 2 tsp
- Dried mint leaves 1/2 cup
Method:
- Roast coriander, cumin and carom in pan till dark brown.
- Remove from pan and leave to cool.
- Put all ingredients together and powder fine, in processor.
- Store in an airtight jar.
