Chaat Masala by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Coriander seeds 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1-1/2 cup
  • Carom seeds 1/2 cup
  • Mango powder 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • Black salt 1-1/4 cup
  • Black pepper powder 4 tbsp
  • Critic acid 2 tsp
  • Dried mint leaves 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Roast coriander, cumin and carom in pan till dark brown.
  2. Remove from pan and leave to cool.
  3. Put all ingredients together and powder fine, in processor.
  4. Store in an airtight jar.
