Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Split red lentil 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Curry leaves few
- Green chilies 4
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind paste 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Onion 2
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, put mutton, 2 cup water, onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili and salt and cook it.
- Wash red lentil with lukewarm water and boil separate.
- When tender, grind it in blender.
- Water of mutton dries, roast it lightly and put grinded lentil, tamarind paste, green chilies, curry leaves and chopped tomatoes.
- Green chilies tender, lentil is ready.
- Then put cinnamon and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- In end, serve hot with plain rice.
