Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces 1/2 kg
- Fresh cream 1/2 packet
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Raw papaya paste 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Parathay 6-8
For Salad:
- Onions 2
- Lemons 2
- Green chilies 4
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For salad: Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it. Salad is ready.
- Wash chicken, put in bowl, put salt and mix it.
- Then put in wok and dry chicken water.
- Then put cream, red chili, black pepper, butter and oil and roast it lightly.
- Then keep 5 chicken pieces in center of each parathay, put some salad and make roll.
- Butter chicken roll is ready.
