Fruit Wonton by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Seasonal fruit 1/2 kg
  • Sugar syrup 1 cup
  • Full cream 1/2 pack
  • Wonton wraps 24 – 30 pieces
  • Oil for frying
  • Vanilla ice-cream to serve
  • Fruit puree/Chocolate sauce to drizzle
  • Caster sugar to dust

Method:

  1. Mix seasonal fruit, sugar syrup and cream in to filling.
  2. Once mixing is done, put little filling on to wrap and fold it in to wontons.
  3. Fry wontons and serve them with vanilla ice cream on side.
  4. Drizzle wontons with either fruit puree or chocolate sauce.
  5. Finally, dust dessert with caster sugar.
