Fruit Wonton by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Seasonal fruit 1/2 kg
- Sugar syrup 1 cup
- Full cream 1/2 pack
- Wonton wraps 24 – 30 pieces
- Oil for frying
- Vanilla ice-cream to serve
- Fruit puree/Chocolate sauce to drizzle
- Caster sugar to dust
Method:
- Mix seasonal fruit, sugar syrup and cream in to filling.
- Once mixing is done, put little filling on to wrap and fold it in to wontons.
- Fry wontons and serve them with vanilla ice cream on side.
- Drizzle wontons with either fruit puree or chocolate sauce.
- Finally, dust dessert with caster sugar.
