Chicken Cheese Parathay by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 2
  • Cottage cheese grated 1 packet
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies crushed 4
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
  • Whole wheat 2 cups
  • Oil for frying
  • Flour 2 tbsp

For Boiling Chicken:

  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Black pepper 4

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with garlic and black pepper in little water.
  2. Then cut into finely.
  3. Put wheat and salt in bowl and knead it nicely.
  4. Then mix cheese and chicken together and mix green chilies, black pepper, coriander leaves and salt.
  5. Now dissolve 2 tbsp flour in water.
  6. Roll one roti and spread some mixture of chicken and cheese.
  7. Then roll second roti.
  8. Then spread wet flour on edges of roti, keep second roti on top and close edges.
  9. Now heat tawa, fry parathay like roti, put oil, fry on both sides and remove from stove.
  10. Serve hot parathay with chutney.
