Ingredients:

  • Saltish biscuits 3 dozen
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup
  • Spring onion 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum finely chopped 1/2
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies as required
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread slices (4) made into crumbs

Method:

  1. First make thick white sauce.
  2. Now mix chicken, capsicum, green onion, sweet corn, butter, flour, salt, red pepper, milk, water and vinegar nicely.
  3. Then cool this mixture, spread on each biscuit and cover with second biscuit.
  4. Now dip biscuit sandwich in beaten eggs.
  5. Then roll in bread slices and deep fry it.
