Cream Chocolate Ramadan Special Glass by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

• Chocolate cake pieces 3-4
• Chocolate 200 gm
• Coffee 1 tbsp
• Milk 1/2 cup
• Cream 2 cups
• Vanilla essence 1/3 tsp
• Icing sugar 1/2 cup
• Butter 4 tbsp
• Ice cream 3-4 scoops
• Crushed dry fruits 1/2 cup
  

Method:

1. Add chocolate, coffee, milk and butter in pan and mix it.
2. When all ingredients are mixed and melts, remove it.
3. Now mix vanilla essence and icing sugar in cream and beat it.
4. Then put chocolate cake in serving glass.
5. Then put cream mixture, then chocolate mixture and put ice cream scoop.
6. Then garnish with dry fruits and serve.
