Ingredients:

  • Yellow lentil 2 cups
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Onion rings 3
  • Red chili powder
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash yellow lentil and soak it in soda overnight.
  2. Then put yellow lentil, green chilies, coriander, red chili, salt and cumin in chopper, mix it nicely and chop it.
  3. Now take it out in mixing bowl.
  4. Then put onion, mix it nicely, make medium balls and deep fry it.
  5. Then take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  6. Serve with sauce.
