Sabziyon Ka Paratha by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Maida 300 gm
- Boiled and mixed vegetables 250 gm
- Finely chopped green chilies 5-6
- Finely chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
- Ghee 2-3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix green chilies, coriander and vegetables in chopper nicely.
- Now add maida, flour, ghee and vegetable paste and knead with water as required.
- Then make portions and roll it.
- Then press with hands, roll it and fry it.
- It is ready.
