Ingredients:

  • Maida 300 gm
  • Boiled and mixed vegetables 250 gm
  • Finely chopped green chilies 5-6
  • Finely chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix green chilies, coriander and vegetables in chopper nicely.
  2. Now add maida, flour, ghee and vegetable paste and knead with water as required.
  3. Then make portions and roll it.
  4. Then press with hands, roll it and fry it.
  5. It is ready.
