Molten Chocolate Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Butter 150 gm
- Dark chocolate chopped 150 gm
- Eggs 3
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Coco powder 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Butter for greasing
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Now keep oven proof dish in it.
- Grease 4-6 ramekins with butter and dust with coco powder nicely.
- For sides and base coating: Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
- Then beat eggs, caster sugar, vanilla essence and salt and beat for 10 minutes till it rises.
- Now strain flour and coco powder.
- Then cool melted chocolate and butter to room temperature and fold in eggs mixture.
- Then put flour and coco powder with spatula and stir it.
- Now fill ramekins with 3/4 chocolate batter and bake in preheated oven for 8-12 minutes.
- When layer of cake forms and cake comes out of mold, cool it for 10-15 minutes, take it out and serve with cream and ice cream scoop.
