Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onions 2
  • Shashlik stick as required
  • Ghee, Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate beef with ginger garlic, papaya paste, salt, black pepper and green chili paste and make botiyan.
  2. Now skew 1 boti, tomato and onion in shashlik stick.
  3. Prepare remaining shashlik stick like this.
  4. Heat oil or ghee and fry it.
