Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Papaya paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Onions 2
- Shashlik stick as required
- Ghee, Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate beef with ginger garlic, papaya paste, salt, black pepper and green chili paste and make botiyan.
- Now skew 1 boti, tomato and onion in shashlik stick.
- Prepare remaining shashlik stick like this.
- Heat oil or ghee and fry it.
