Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Boiled eggs 4
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Button red chilies 8
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Onion chopped 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cloves 8
- Salt to taste
- Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Oil 1 cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
Method:
- Put beef, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste in wok and cook it on stove.
- Boil eggs in water with salt in this time.
- When it boils hard, take it out and wash with cold water.
- Then remove skin and put clove on both sides.
- When water of mince dries, put oil.
- Also put green chilies and red chilies and roast it nicely.
- Then put lemon juice.
- Now heat oil in frying pan, fry onion until golden brown and spread on paper.
- Then put eggs and fry it lightly.
- Then take out mince in dish, cut eggs into 2 pieces and decorate it.
- In end, put fried onion, ginger and coriander leaves and serve hot.
