Ingredients:

  • Green gram lentils 1/2 cup
  • Red lentils 1/2 cup
  • Bengal gram lentils 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil for frying

For Prepared Yogurt:

  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt few

Method:

  1. Soak all lentils for 2 hours.
  2. Then strain it and put in chopper.
  3. Also put onion, garlic, salt and green chilies and grind it.
  4. Now heat oil, make pulkiyan, take it out and soak in water.
  5. For yogurt: Put yogurt with milk, sugar and salt in pot and beat it.
  6. Then take out pulkiyan from water, keep on tray and put yogurt on top.
  7. Then put tamarind pulp and chaat masala and serve.
