Ingredients:
- Green gram lentils 1/2 cup
- Red lentils 1/2 cup
- Bengal gram lentils 1/2 cup
- Onion 1
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 6
- Oil for frying
For Prepared Yogurt:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Milk 1 cup
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Salt few
Method:
- Soak all lentils for 2 hours.
- Then strain it and put in chopper.
- Also put onion, garlic, salt and green chilies and grind it.
- Now heat oil, make pulkiyan, take it out and soak in water.
- For yogurt: Put yogurt with milk, sugar and salt in pot and beat it.
- Then take out pulkiyan from water, keep on tray and put yogurt on top.
- Then put tamarind pulp and chaat masala and serve.
