Mushroom Omelet by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Eggs 3-4
- Mushroom sliced 1 cup
- Boiled spinach 1/2 cup
- Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
- Now put garlic and fry it.
- Now add mushroom and spinach and mix it nicely.
- Now add red chili, black pepper and oil and mix it.
- Now beat eggs in mixing bowl, spread eggs and cook form one side.
- When egg is cooked from one side, turn it and do golden.
- When it is ready, put cheese on hot omelet, remove it and serve hot.
- Mushroom omelet is ready.
