Apricot Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Apricot 125 gm
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Crushed roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak apricots, take out seeds and make paste.
  2. Add all ingredients in pot, mix it and cook with 1/2 cup water.
  3. Then put in blender and make paste.
  4. Put again in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
  5. Dish out it and serve.
