Apricot Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Apricot 125 gm
- White vinegar 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Crushed roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak apricots, take out seeds and make paste.
- Add all ingredients in pot, mix it and cook with 1/2 cup water.
- Then put in blender and make paste.
- Put again in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
- Dish out it and serve.
