Jaligeera Drink by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Mint leaves 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Grated ginger 1/4 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala powder 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chilled water 4-5 cups
- Boondi for garnishing
Method:
- Rinse mint and coriander leaves well and grind with all ingredients other than lemon juice, water and boondi.
- In large bowl, add add 4-5 cup water and mint paste mix well, strain though strainer.
- Add lemon juice and pass through strainer again.
- Add ice cubes or chill and serve with boondi as garnish.
