Boneless Chicken Karahi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes chopped 4
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Lemons 2
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
- Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put chicken, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, yogurt, red chili powder and salt in wok and cook without water.
- When water dries, put tomatoes, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and black pepper, add oil slowly slowly and roast it lightly.
- Then put butter, put lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- When serve, put ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.
