Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes chopped 4
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Lemons 2
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put chicken, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, yogurt, red chili powder and salt in wok and cook without water.
  2. When water dries, put tomatoes, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and black pepper, add oil slowly slowly and roast it lightly.
  3. Then put butter, put lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  4. When serve, put ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.
