Ingredients:
For Preparing Tikka:
- Chicken pieces 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes paste 1 cup
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Carom seeds roasted 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 6
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Onion 1
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
For Preparing Rice:
- Rice boiled 1/2 kg
- Butter 100 gm
- Finely chopped capsicum 2
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
Method:
- For tikka: Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put tomato, chaat masala, carom seeds, red chili, ginger garlic, turmeric and salt and roast it.
- Then add chicken and roast on high flame.
- When water dries, put green chilies and coriander leaves.
- For rice: Heat butter and put capsicum.
- Now put black pepper and salt.
- Then add rice and mix it.
- Now add food color and 1/2 cup water.
- Then take out in dish and serve with tikka boti.
