Ingredients:

For Preparing Tikka:

  • Chicken pieces 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes paste 1 cup
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Carom seeds roasted 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

For Preparing Rice:

  • Rice boiled 1/2 kg
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Finely chopped capsicum 2
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For tikka: Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put tomato, chaat masala, carom seeds, red chili, ginger garlic, turmeric and salt and roast it.
  3. Then add chicken and roast on high flame.
  4. When water dries, put green chilies and coriander leaves.
  5. For rice: Heat butter and put capsicum.
  6. Now put black pepper and salt.
  7. Then add rice and mix it.
  8. Now add food color and 1/2 cup water.
  9. Then take out in dish and serve with tikka boti.
