Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Soda bi carb 1/2 tsp
- Bajray ka ata 1/2 cup
- Spring onion chopped 1
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies finely chopped 4-6
Method:
- Marinate mince with all ingredients except bajray ka ata for 2 hours.
- Then mix bajray ka ata nicely and deep fry it.
