Malpura by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Flour 1 cup
- Egg beaten 1
- Zarda color 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Saffron 1 pinch
Method:
- Mix milk and sugar and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then remove from stove and cool it.
- Then put flour and mix it nicely.
- Then add egg and mix mixture nicely.
- Now put zarda color, baking powder and cardamom powder and leave batter for 1 hour.
- Then shallow fry malpura in frying pan.
- Now serve hot with balai.
