Ingredients:
- Black chickpeas 1/2 kg
- Soda bi carb 1 tsp
- Potatoes peeled 3
- Crushed red pepper 2 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 10-12
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Soak chickpeas in soda overnight and then boil it.
- Now heat oil, put curry leaves, onion and tomato and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add salt, red pepper, cumin, tamarind pulp and gram flour and fry with 1/2 cup nicely.
- Then put boiled chickpeas and potatoes and fry for 10 minutes.
- Then add coriander leaves.
