Omelet Gravy by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make omelet of eggs, roll it, slice it and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  3. Then add garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder and fry it.
  4. Now add tomatoes, all spice powder, black pepper, green chilies, coriander and salt, roast it and cook it.
  5. Now add water as required and do gravy thick.
  6. Then add omelet slice and simmer it on low flame.
  7. When simmer is completed, take out in dish and serve.
