Omelet Gravy by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Eggs 4
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Make omelet of eggs, roll it, slice it and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Then add garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder and fry it.
- Now add tomatoes, all spice powder, black pepper, green chilies, coriander and salt, roast it and cook it.
- Now add water as required and do gravy thick.
- Then add omelet slice and simmer it on low flame.
- When simmer is completed, take out in dish and serve.
