Ingredients:

For Making Chocolate Cake:

  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar powder 1 cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup

For Making Custard:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Chocolate as required
  • Jelly (prepared) 1 packet

Method:

  1. Put flour, eggs, sugar, butter, coco powder, baking powder, salt, vanilla essence and milk in pot and beat it nicely with batter.
  2. Now grease oven proof dish, put mixture in it and bake it.
  3. Then take it out, cool it and cut into pieces.
  4. For custard: Cook milk and put sugar.
  5. When it boils, dissolve corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add in milk.
  6. When thick, close stove and cool it.
  7. Now put cake in dish.
  8. Put custard on top.
  9. Then put cream. jelly, fruit and chocolate and serve cold.
