Ingredients:
- Tamarind pulp 1 cup
- Dates (soaked and de seeded) 15
- Brown sugar 3/4 cup
- Water 2 cups
- Lemon salt 1/4 tsp
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger powder 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put tamarind pulp, dates, brown sugar, water, lemon salt, red pepper, red chili powder, ginger powder and cumin and put in pan.
- Now cook for 20 minutes until it is thick.
- Then take it out and blend it.
- Now put black salt and corn flour in blended mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
