Ingredients:
- Mince 300 gm
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Onion small 1
- Green chilies 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Bread slice 1
- Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Now all ingredients in food processor and grind it nicely.
- Then skew it on skewers.
- Now keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then fry sticks on medium flame for 10 minutes until it is ready.
- Then serve it with chutney.
