Ingredients:

  • Mince 300 gm
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Onion small 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slice 1
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Now all ingredients in food processor and grind it nicely.
  3. Then skew it on skewers.
  4. Now keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Then fry sticks on medium flame for 10 minutes until it is ready.
  6. Then serve it with chutney.
