Ingredients:

  • Dried plums 2 cups
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/8
  • Mace 1/8
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Lemon salt 1/4 tsp
  • Orange color 1 pinch
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Ginger powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak plums in 2 cup water overnight and take out in next morning.
  2. Now make spice of bag of black pepper, nutmeg, mace, cloves, cinnamon and cumin.
  3. Now boil plums with spice bag, salt, chili powder, sugar, lemon salt and orange color until it shines.
  4. For thick: Dissolve corn flour in 1/2 cup water, mix it and take it out.
