Meethi Chutney by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Dried plums 2 cups
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/8
- Mace 1/8
- Cloves 4
- Cinnamon stick 1 inch
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Lemon salt 1/4 tsp
- Orange color 1 pinch
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Soak plums in 2 cup water overnight and take out in next morning.
- Now make spice of bag of black pepper, nutmeg, mace, cloves, cinnamon and cumin.
- Now boil plums with spice bag, salt, chili powder, sugar, lemon salt and orange color until it shines.
- For thick: Dissolve corn flour in 1/2 cup water, mix it and take it out.
