Creamy Chicken Bite by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Chicken 1/2 kg
• Milk Pack cream 2 tbsp
• Nestle Yogurt 2 tbsp
• Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
• Red Chili 1 tsp
• Black Pepper 1 tsp
• Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
• salt 1/2 tsp
• Egg 1
• Flour 1 cup
• Oil for fry

Method:

1. Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate chicken with cream, yogurt, mustard paste, red chili, black pepper, garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.
2. Then coat chicken piece in flour, fry until get golden and serve hot.
