Ingredients:

  • Minced Meat (ground) 750g
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 1-2
  • Onions 2
  • Green Chillies 4-6
  • Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves 3tbsp
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Oil (for frying) 3 cups
  • Shan Chapli Kabab Masala 1 packet

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now make round kabab with wet hands and keep tomatoes.
  3. Then heat oil and fry on both sides until red.
