Ingredients:
- Minced Meat (ground) 750g
- Tomatoes (sliced) 1-2
- Onions 2
- Green Chillies 4-6
- Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 3tbsp
- Eggs 1-2
- Oil (for frying) 3 cups
- Shan Chapli Kabab Masala 1 packet
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now make round kabab with wet hands and keep tomatoes.
- Then heat oil and fry on both sides until red.
