Salt & Pepper Chicken by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
- Crushed Black pepper 2 tsp
- Salt as required
- Oil For fry
- Spring Onion 3
- Flour 2 tsp
- Corn Flour 2 tsp
- Beaten Egg 1
- Soya Sauce 2 tsp
- Chopped Spring Onion 2
- Chopped Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Chicken Stock 1/2 cup
- Spring Onion 2
- Tomato 1
Method
- First in bowl, put flour, soya sauce, corn flour, salt, black pepper and egg and mix them.
- Then add chicken and mix it nicely.
- Heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
- Then put chicken and cook it.
- Then put remaining corn flour and chicken stock.
- Take out chicken from water and put in pan.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Dissolve corn flour in water and mix it.
- Then put spring onion, mix it nicely and take out in plate.
- Garnish with tomato and green onion and serve.
