Dahi Phulki Chaat by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
For Phulki:
- Moong daal flour 1 cup
- Mash daal flour 4 tbsp
- Soda 1/8 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Warm water to make batter
- Oil to fry
For Dahi Phulki Mix Chaat:
- Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
- Phulkis 8 to 10
- Sweet chutney 2 tbsp
- Imli aur khajoor ki chutney 2 tbsp
- Green chutney 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Chopped coriander leaves as required
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Crushed papri 1/2 cup
- Potatoes boiled and diced 1/2 cup
Method:
- For phulki: Mix moong daal flour, mash daal flour, soda and warm water.
- Now leave it for 30 minutes.
- For dahi phulki mix chaat: Mix all ingredients.
