Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Egg 1
- Bread slices 2
- Green chilies 6
- Sesame seeds (roasted) 1/2 cup
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix coriander leaves and green chilies and grind chutney.
- Then mix bread slice and seekh kabab in beef mince in chopper.
- Now mix green chutney, egg, black pepper, salt and sesame seeds and knead it nicely.
- Then grease hands, make small small kabab of seekh and shallow fry it.
- When golden brown, serve kabab with hot hot parathay.
