Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Sesame seeds (roasted) 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix coriander leaves and green chilies and grind chutney.
  2. Then mix bread slice and seekh kabab in beef mince in chopper.
  3. Now mix green chutney, egg, black pepper, salt and sesame seeds and knead it nicely.
  4. Then grease hands, make small small kabab of seekh and shallow fry it.
  5. When golden brown, serve kabab with hot hot parathay.
