Ingredient:

  • Boneless chicken breast (stripes) 2
  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Now beat egg, mix with milk.
  3. Then dip chicken in egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Now put coated chicken in oven tray, bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes on one side, turn it and bake for 10 minutes on other side.
