Creamy Garlic Bombs by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Flour 2 cups
- Butter 4 oz
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
For Filling:
- Cheese slices 12
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp heaved
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
- Olives finely chopped 2
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Mix butter and flour and add egg.
- Now put water, knead medium dough and leave for 30 mins.
- Put lemon juice in cream and make sour cream.
- Now put salt and pepper.
- Then roll dough into 1/4 inch thick and cut with round cutter.
- Then keep cheese slice in center, make balls and put in freezer.
- Now keep cheese mixture with sour cream, coriander leaves and olives.
- Then fold it and make balls.
- Then deep fry in medium flame until light golden.
