Creamy Garlic Bombs by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1/2 tsp

For Filling:

  • Cheese slices 12
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp heaved
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  • Olives finely chopped 2
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix butter and flour and add egg.
  2. Now put water, knead medium dough and leave for 30 mins.
  3. Put lemon juice in cream and make sour cream.
  4. Now put salt and pepper.
  5. Then roll dough into 1/4 inch thick and cut with round cutter.
  6. Then keep cheese slice in center, make balls and put in freezer.
  7. Now keep cheese mixture with sour cream, coriander leaves and olives.
  8. Then fold it and make balls.
  9. Then deep fry in medium flame until light golden.
