Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp heaved
  • Water to knead

For Sauce:

  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 3 slices
  • Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

For Chicken And Vegetable:

  • Boneless chicken tiny cubes 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Egg beaten 1/2
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 cut in to cubes
  • Cucumber 1 cut in to tiny cubes
  • Tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For dough: Strain flour and baking powder.
  2. Then add sugar, salt and oregano.
  3. Mix ghee and cream cheese in mixture, knead with water and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Now make for 4 balls and roll like roti.
  5. Then put ghee on both sides of roti and fry in pan until light crispy.
  6. Then spread sauce, chicken and vegetables and roll it.
  7. For sauce: Cook milk and cream.
  8. When it boils, add cheddar cheese, green chili garlic sauce, salt, black pepper and coriander leaves and cook until thick.
  9. For chicken and vegetables: Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, soya sauce, egg, hoisen sauce, sriracha sauce and corn flour and shallow fry it.
