Ingredients:

  • Flour 2-1/2 cups
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water to knead

For Filling:

  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. For dough: Strain flour and salt.
  2. Now add egg and sugar.
  3. Now put ghee, mix it nicely, knead it, make medium dough and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Then make small balls and roll rotiyan in thin rectangular shape.
  5. Now cut its edges, keep mince filling, fold it and close with water.
  6. For filling: Heat oil and fry onion until soft.
  7. Now add mince and ginger garlic paste and cook until water dries.
  8. Then put green chili garlic sauce, red pepper, turmeric, all spice and crushed coriander, add 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook on low flame until mince tender.
  9. Then put coriander leaves.
