Ingredients:
- Flour 2-1/2 cups
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Water to knead
For Filling:
- Beef mince 250 gm
- Onion chopped 2
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Method:
- For dough: Strain flour and salt.
- Now add egg and sugar.
- Now put ghee, mix it nicely, knead it, make medium dough and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then make small balls and roll rotiyan in thin rectangular shape.
- Now cut its edges, keep mince filling, fold it and close with water.
- For filling: Heat oil and fry onion until soft.
- Now add mince and ginger garlic paste and cook until water dries.
- Then put green chili garlic sauce, red pepper, turmeric, all spice and crushed coriander, add 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook on low flame until mince tender.
- Then put coriander leaves.
